• Chief Executive Officer

  ⚡️Key Responsibilities

  Strategic objectives:

  ~ development and implementation of a strategy defining current business goals and aiming at increasing shareholder value;
  ~ development of strategic partnerships and relationships with key market players;
  ~ assessment, management and minimization of the company's risks;
  ~ evaluation of possible mergers, acquisitions or partnerships together with the BoD.

  Financial objectives:

  ~ planning and control the company's financial activities, achievement of the planned indicators;
  ~ analysis of the departments work results and prompt response to the deviation of indicators from the set goals.

  Work coordination:

  ~ organization of work and effective interaction of all structural units through the construction and optimization of business processes;
  ~ defining the corporate culture and the company values, assessing the company success in achieving its goals and objectives;
  ~ team building, personnel management, and implementation of motivation.

  💪🏻Essential Skills:

  ~ 3+ years of experience as a CEO in an IT company;
  ~ business audit and consulting, project/risk management;
  ~ strategic planning and business development, business systems building;
  ~ preparation of P&L, C&F and other financial reports upon request;
  ~ high competencies in the implementation and automation of business processes (Product/HR/Marketing/Sales/Analytics);
  ~ experience in building the company organizational architecture and a unified work system of the company's divisions;
  ~ C1-C2 English proficiency.

• Data Analyst

  ⚡️Key Responsibilities:

  ~ application of tools and methods for data analysis and data visualization;
  ~ identifying, collecting and transferring data to and from various systems;
  ~ managing, abstracting and aggregating data along with a range of analytical studies of this data;
  ~ summarizing and presenting data and conclusions in the most user-friendly format;
  ~ generating and testing product hypotheses using analytical data;
  ~ analytical support in building CJM, search for bottlenecks in the product;
  ~ mathematical modeling of product and financial indicators.

  💪🏻Essential Skills:

  ~ 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst;
  ~ understanding of data sources, their organization and storage;
  ~ conducting data quality checks, validations and linkages;
  ~ advanced SQL (PostgreSQL);
  ~ creation of dashboards and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI/Metabase);
  ~ Excel (Macros, Power Query, Power Pivot).

• Game Designer

  ⚡️Key Responsibilities:

  ~ creating interactive narration and development of game mechanics;
  ~ testing new features, hypotheses based on data, searching for product growth points;
  ~ calculation and balancing of the game economy;
  ~ analysis of game statistics and main project metrics;
  ~ formation of hypotheses and their testing on mathematical models and product;
  ~ creation, maintenance and updating of project documentation;
  ~ task performance quality check.

  💪🏻Essential Skills:

  ~ familiarity with casino & video slots games;
  ~ 3+ years of game design experience in the casino B2B market;
  ~ knowledge of the main gaming metrics (in the field of gambling);
  ~ ability to work with analytics systems, for example, Dev2Dev;
  ~ knowledge of trends in the global games market, game novelties, publications on specialized resources;
  ~ English proficiency (at least Intermediate).
